A memorandum was also submitted to the MUDA Chairman & Commissioner urging the Chairman and Commissioner to allow utilisation of TDR & PREMIUM FAR for Roads having width of 6 & 9 mtrs and also opt out from insisting upon TDRC Registration. The Chairman, MUDA agreed to pass resolution in the Committee and forward the same to the State Government for Consideration. Office bearers of CREDAI, ACCEI, Architects, and IDF were present.
